Every Tiliwin order ships with tracking. Here is how to follow your package:
1. Check your shipping confirmation email
As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, we send you an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find it.
2. Sign in to your account
You can view the status of your orders at any time by signing in to your account with the email address you used at checkout.
3. Delivery timeline
- Order processing: 1-3 business days
- Delivery after shipping: 5-8 business days
Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update after you receive your tracking number.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or your tracking has not updated for several days, email us at sales@tiliwin.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
