Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States only (all 50 states). We cannot ship to international addresses at this time.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After shipping, delivery usually takes 5-8 business days depending on your location. You can read the details in our Shipping Policy.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Items in the same order can ship from different fulfillment centers, so they may arrive separately. There is no extra charge.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our Return & Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged or is not what I ordered. What should I do?
Email sales@tiliwin.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more) and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify.
Do you charge sales tax?
Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
